Heating points
A heating point is a structure designed to connect one or more consumers of thermal energy and hot water (buildings and structures for various purposes) to heating networks from a heat supply source (boiler house, thermal power plant). The heating unit is equipped with equipment that allows you to change the temperature and hydraulic conditions of the coolant, to ensure accounting and regulation of the consumption of thermal energy and coolant.
Heating points are divided into central and individual:
Individual heating point (IHP): A heating point designed for connecting heating, ventilation, hot water supply and technological heat-using installations of one building or part of it;
Central heating point (CHS): The same as an individual one, designed to supply heat to two or more buildings and, as a rule, located in a separate building (structure).
The heating unit is equipped with equipment designed to perform the following functions:
- distribution of thermal energy for each connected consumer;
- ensuring stable hydraulic conditions of connected systems;
- temperature control of connected systems, incl. according to weather conditions;
- protection of internal engineering systems of buildings from contamination from the heating network;
- protection of internal heat consumption systems from accidents on the heating network;
- replenishment of the heating network and internal heat consumption systems with coolant;
- accounting of thermal energy and coolant (hot water).
Energia Plus LLC carries out a full range of works on the design, construction, repair and installation of individual and central heating points (ITP and central heating point). The specialists of our organization have extensive experience in the design of heat supply sources, incl. heating points of buildings and structures for various purposes - residential, administrative, communal and industrial buildings, workshops of enterprises. In order to perform the above functions while ensuring the required indicators for reliability and quality of heat supply during the design and construction of heat sources - heating points, modern equipment and automation equipment from leading European manufacturing companies are used. Design of a heating point involves the following main stages of work:
- development of technical specifications;
- obtaining initial permitting documentation;
- obtaining technical specifications;
- development of design documentation;
- approval of design documentation in state (non-state) examination bodies;
- development of working documentation;
- coordination of working documentation in network organizations;
- coordination of working documentation with Rostechnadzor authorities (if necessary).
Project documentation is developed to the extent necessary to pass state (non-state) examination and obtain a construction permit in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 “On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content (as amended on November 12, 2016).”
Detailed documentation is developed to the extent necessary to carry out construction and installation work and in accordance with the requirements of GOST 21.1101-2013, ESKD, SPDS standards.
Working documentation for a heating point includes the following main sections:
- technological solutions (thermo-mechanical part);
- power electrical equipment and electric lighting;
- automation and dispatching of a heating point;
- thermal energy metering unit.
- the need to organize heat energy metering is established by the requirements of the following documents:
Article 13 of Federal Law No. 261 of November 23, 2009 “On energy saving and increasing energy efficiency and on introducing amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation.” Article 19 of Federal Law No. 190 of July 27, 2010 “On Heat Supply.”
Detailed documentation for the thermal energy metering unit is developed in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1034 dated November 18, 2013 “Rules for commercial metering of thermal energy and coolant.”
Composition of the metering unit:
- primary flow transducers (meters);
- calculator for the amount of thermal energy;
- temperature and pressure converters;
- control and measuring instruments;
- shut-off valves and filters.
Accounting for thermal energy and coolant is organized for the following purposes:
- making settlements between heat supply, heating network organizations and consumers of thermal energy;
- control over the thermal and hydraulic operating conditions of heat supply systems and heat-consuming installations;
- control over the rational use of thermal energy and coolant;
- documenting coolant parameters - mass (volume), temperature and pressure.
In addition to developing a set of design and working documentation, our organization carries out all necessary approvals with network organizations and supervisory authorities in the shortest possible time.
