DESIGN OF GAS PIPELINES AND GRP
The design department of LLC Energy Plus has been successfully executing a full range of linear facility engineering works for more than two decades across all types of construction (new construction, reconstruction, overhaul, technical retrofitting, preservation, decommissioning).
Over years of operation, we have accumulated extensive experience in technical solutions for the relocation (re-routing) of operating gas pipelines conflicting with road construction and other capital structures. Our portfolio also includes numerous proven solutions for implementing protective measures (casing sleeves) on operating gas lines.
The Technological Solutions section includes
- gas supply scheme calculations, gas equipment sizing and selection
- development of route plans and longitudinal profiles (1:1000, 1:500, 1:100)

Specialized CAD and 3D modeling software is utilized throughout the design workflow, producing precise 2D drafting and comprehensive 3D spatial visualizations. 3D modeling delivers superior design accuracy and significantly accelerates statutory approvals and project commissioning.

Design documentation is developed in strict accordance with the Terms of Reference, Government Decree No. 87 requirements, including technical support through state expert review until positive conclusion approval.
Detailed working documentation and designer's supervision are delivered to the exact scope necessary for premium quality execution of construction and installation works.
At the Customer's request, we act as General Designer or Technical Client of Construction and deliver specialized engineering sections:
