The task of connecting existing or designed facilities to gas distribution networks requires professionals with profound expertise in industrial safety, as it involves the construction and operation of hazardous industrial assets. These projects involve engineers across all construction disciplines, with oversight from technical and state construction supervisory authorities, including Rostekhnadzor.

Gas supply procedures typically combine activities carried out by the regional gas distribution company and obligations fulfilled by the applicant. In accordance with Russian Technological Connection Rules (RF Decree No. 1547 of Sept 13, 2021), network construction within property boundaries is carried out by the Applicant (Developer).

Energy Plus performs the complete turnkey cycle for the design and construction of external and internal gas supply systems for your enterprise, from annual fuel consumption calculations to commissioning for industrial operation.

In select projects under agreement with gas supply authorities, LLC Energy Plus serves as the sole General Contractor for the design and construction of both on-site and off-site gas pipeline networks. In these cases, beyond structural and technological solutions, our company prepares all permitting and land use documentation, conducts engineering surveys, develops design and working documentation for the pipeline as a linear infrastructure asset, and secures all inter-agency statutory approvals and positive expert reviews.
