• preparation and collection of initial data for design (facility survey, development of feasibility study, preparation of questionnaires);
• development and approval of the Design Assignment;
• participation in the development of urban planning documentation;
• preparation and timely issuance of technical specifications for engineering surveys to subcontractors;
• coordination and acceptance of survey work;
• concluding agreements for the development of specialized sections;
• quality control of the developed project documentation for compliance with current SNiP, GOST, rules, instructions, state standards and technical specifications;
• coordination of design/working documentation with interested organizations;
• technical support during the passage of state/non-state examination. Justification of the estimated cost of construction;
• designer's supervision.
