WHAT OPTION OF HEAT SUPPLY SCHEME IS PREFERABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT?
Centralized VS Individual
As a rule, at the stage of assessing the cost of investments in any large project, the question arises of choosing an energy supply scheme for the area being built. The engineering support of the designed objects significantly influences the space-planning and layout decisions, which in turn affects the usable building area and, accordingly, the profitability of the project. Some of the most demanding installations are heat and gas supply systems. Let's consider the characteristics of the two most common heat and gas supply schemes using the example of low-rise residential buildings.
- Centralized heat supply.
To cover the heat loads of the development sites, it is planned to build a central gas boiler house with distribution of heat supply networks to all consumers.
- Individual heat supply.
This option involves the construction of a gas distribution network and the installation of gas heat generators at each facility.
