The current Regulations on the organization and conduct of state examination of design documentation and engineering survey results, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 5, 2007 No. 145, do not regulate the stages of design documentation submitted for state examination. In accordance with the specified Regulations, design documentation is submitted for state examination in accordance with the composition of the sections of this documentation and the requirements for their content established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008 No. 87, regardless of the design stage.
